I started to have fever which was caused by the lack of care of the fresh wounds.
On 17 October, I started to get Thrombosis in my legs because of the lack of blood thinners and the fever was going up.
I did suffer from Thrombosis in my legs a few times before and that was very painfull.
I needed to get out of this dungeon soon, or I would die.
But I didn’t dare to call the Police or the Hospital, as I knew very well that my brother would find some story to keep them out and he would go crazy and harm somebody.
Inge send a message to inform about the situation and I answered that I was trying to leave my brothers house.

Irene was a good friend of mine and she had been visiting me at the hospital several times.
She was a widow and lived in a big house.
Although she was a super friendly woman, I knew that she was not keen to take people in her house and certainly not sick people.
Calling my friend Karel VanderVorst was an option.
He was a friend of me and Samui and he had also proposed before coming to Belgium to take me and my daughter in his house (See "Planning a trip").
He knew also about what was going on with my brother.
I called Karel, asking him to pick us up and bring me to a hospital.
He agreed and I started to pack our bags.
Karel his wife, Jeszy, was on her way to come to pick us up.

Samui was at home and my brother was away for shopping with his wife.
I went outside the house, with our bags, waiting for Karel to arrive.
But my brother returned before the arrival of Karel and he saw what was going on.
He asked Samui what I was doing, and Samui told him that I had called Karel to pick us up.
Hearing what I had done, my brother went out of his head and started to yell:
“You will remember this day for the rest of your life."
"I will show you what I can do!!!!”.
Karel and Jeszy arrived about 2 hours later and I went directly to his car.
But my brother came to my daughter and while grabbing her arm he told her not to go in the car with me.
My daughter was confused and went back in the house with my brother.
I asked Karel to bring me to a hospital as soon as possible, but my brother called Karel and asked him to come in the house.
Normally, my brother would NEVER allow unknown people in his house.
In the previous weeks, Karel came to visit me and my daughter many times.
But neather he or his daughter Maryssa were allowed to come into the house.
On a previous visit, a few weeks ago, Karel needed to go urgently to the toilet but my brother didn't allow him to enter his "castle" and we needed to go to a bar to let Karel go to the toilet.
I was the whole time outside in his car asking his wife, Jeszy, to bring me to a hopsital.
After about 30 minutes, I received a call from Karel, asking me to come in the house and talk with my brother.

| karel vandervorst | Carlos, I can't do that. |

| karel vandervorst | Carlos, I am giving you some good advice. Come inside and talk. |
| Gylenthal Georges | There is nothing more to talk about. |
| karel vandervorst | What? |
| Gylenthal Georges | There is nothing more to talk about. |
| karel vandervorst | Yes, sure there is. |
| Gylenthal Georges | (Silence) |
| karel vandervorst | Come in and we will talk about it. |
I knew that talking with my brother was senseless, and I refused.
While Karel was in the house talking with my brother, I send a message to Inge to help me out with this and to tell Karel the truth about Luis.

20181017 183631.mp3, Call to Inge.

The situation at this phone call.
| Phone call to me from inside the house. | ||
| Carlos Trivino | (Crying and screaming desperatly) Yesssssssssssss |
|
| Samui | (very unclear) | |
| Carlos Trivino | Come out of the house, Samui. Come out of the house. It's dad. It's dad. Please. |
|
| I call Inge. Inge answer the call and I hand my phone over to Jeszy. |
||
| Jeszy Vandervorst | Hello? Yes? Carlos, yes Carlos want to go to live with me. Ohh, Carlos with Samui. Yes Yes I don't know what happened. He telephone up and he want to leave. Ohhh, Yeah, I don't know. Maybe I bring telephone to you to talk with Karel, my husband. OK? |
|
| Carlos | Inge? Inge? Say everything as you know about Luis. Open a book about Luis. Please. I want to go home. Tell the truth about Luis. |
|
| Jeszy Vandervorst | I let you talk with Karel, OK? (Sound of walking on pebble stones) Just a minute, just a minute ... Dad, (Karel) Dad, (Karel) He telephone with you. |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | Hello? Yes Inge, with Karel. Tell me. Yes, I think so because I have .. Yes, voila ce, Yes. Hmmmm No Who? Your uncle or what? Wait a minute, because now I am .. |
|
| Karel talking to Luis: Inge is that your daughter? | ||
| Luis Trivino | Mine? Inge is a daughter of mine.Hello? |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | Ah yes, your father. Because I am now here with your father. Well, well, but as I understand it here. Because I have received part of the explanation of what the situation is here at the moment. If Carlos gets out of here now, he's going to have big problems. |
|
| Comment | Which problems will I have? The problem that I would recover and cross my brother's plans to kill me like he killed his brother Manuel and his son Kim? |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | Even, even, even if, if I mean well. Yes, because I've looked at everything here and I think your father means well. |
|
| Comment | Luis his intentions have been evil from the start!!! | |
| Karel Vandervorst | (unclear chat with Karel on another phone) Wait a moment Inge Because I get another phone call. Just a moment, huh. (Unclear phone chat between Karel and the second caller) Yes, Excuse me. No of course not. But Carlos, I think Carlos, Of course, Is kind of in his head right now. |
|
| Comment | What is in my head now? My illness? I think that the doctor’s answer 2 days later was very clear about this: “No sir, I can assure you that it’s not in his head." "This person needs URGENT medical treatment.” Of course, the doctors decision can not compete with the analyse of 2 “Doctor Honoris Causa, Luis & Karel. |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | I think your father means well with Carlos at the moment | |
| Comment | Luis had ill intention from the start. | |
| Karel Vandervorst | Even though he is a bully, I think he means well. I think your father means well with Carlos at the moment |
|
| Comment | If denying a sick person his prescribed medicines; If denying a sick person the prescribed help from a nurse and a Physiotherapist; If forcing a sick person to perform acts that prohibited by the doctors; Then, yes, “he meant well”. |
|
| Luis Trivino | (in the background) laughing, ha, ha, ha. (imitating Carlos) whining: “I want to go home, I want to go home”. |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | Yes, Of course. But I'm sitting here now, (barking in the background), I'm sitting here now between two fires. But I don't really know what to do any more. Because taking your father with me in the given circumstances, I mean, your uncle, Under the circumstances, I can not do that. I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor, I don't see him going up those stairs, He can't. |
|
| Comment | HUH!!!!!!!! I did ask Karel Vandervorst to bring me to a HOSPITAL (read a few alineas up). Later, as the discussion was leading to nowhere, I asked Karel to bring me to the POLICE. NOT to his apartment. I needed to go URGENT to a HOSPITAL. Not a room in your house |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | And when I see the situation of Samui here, Samui is almost going crazy, She is getting retarded. That's not life for that child. |
|
| Comment | Sure it is not a life for a 16 year old child. Repeating over and over, several times per day, that she is ILLEGAL in the country and that if she leaves the territory (my brother’s house) or if the police find her, she would be deported (without her father). Maybe Luis could go ask the city hall of Diepenbeek why it takes so long to ask a new PUK number for my daughter. And telling my daughter that I am going crazy is not helping that child also. |
|
![]() Declaration of my daughter to the police. Translation: |
||
![]() Message from my daughter to her Thai teacher. |
||
| Karel Vandervorst | No of course not. But what should happen is just that someone comes here from the white-yellow cross because your father (read: “uncle”) can no longer cope with it. I see that too. That person is going crazy. |
|
| Comment | Better bring me directly to the hospital like you promised instead of being so curtuous to Luis and his "good intentions". A white-yellow cross nurse was of no help any more in my condition after lacking "Clexanne", a VITAL medication for 3 days already. |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | Well, That's typical. Carlos doesn't even want that. He doesn't want any help. He no longer trusts anything or anyone. |
|
| Comment | Who do I need to trust? My brother and his “good intentions”? My "friend" Karel who made so many promises, but was swallowing his promises? Not much left to trust. By the way, did your good friend Luis showed you the proof that he called the "White-Yellow Cross" to come take care of me twice a day at his home? A good friend of yours, such as Luis, would surely be able to show you that proof, or not? Nursery at home is a FREE service. "The costs of home nursing are arranged through your health insurance fund. You don't have to pay anything extra (except for performances outside of nomenclature)." |
| Karel Vandervorst | Yes, I know, But yes, What should I do? I want to help, But not in the wrong way of course. |
|
| Karel Vandervorst in conversation with Jeszy: What? | ||
| Karel Vandervorst | Yes of course. Yes We'll see. Wait, I'm going to give the phone back. I'm going to give you your father. Is that possible? |
|
| Karel Vandervorst handing the phone over to Luis .... | ||
| Luis Trivino | Inge? Yes Yes He does not want that. If I call them and they come here, he will set the house on fire. He refuses everything. |
|
| Comment | “IF I call” …. But Luis NEVER called the White-Yellow cross nurses. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Now he wants to go back to the hospital. He's in pain everywhere. |
|
| Comment | Well, with blood stains on the blankets and a kidney insufficiency in the “stadium failure”, I think it was normal that I would be in pain and want to go back to the hospital. Of course, the opinion from “Doctor Honoris Causa, Luis Trivino” can differ. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Yes, the doctor threw him out of the hospital, | |
| Comment | HUH???????????? Which doctor threw me out of the hospital? Can any doctor confirm this statement? I can see only doctors denying your whole lies like the doctor in the next chapter. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Inge, he has been under the scanner 4 times. | |
| Comment | Waaaawwwww A normal human is restricted to maximal 1 scan in 6 months and I was 4 times under the scanner in 2 months? I think somebody is taking a real go with the reality now. |
|
| Luis Trivino | 4 times he found an excuse to stay there. | |
| Comment | So, in about 30 days that I was in the hospital (from 16 september to 12 October) I was send home by the hospital 4 times, but I did not want to leave? Is anybody going to back up your fantasy? |
|
| Luis Trivino | And the last time he sends a text message to me: "Yes, I can go home at noon". But I was sitting at the doctor's office. Mina was drinking a coffee downstairs in the hospital. I say that Mina is going to help you pack. And I will come after the doctor. At half past twelve or 1 am when I am done. I arrive at 1 am and he was sitting on the bed and was in pain all over. |
|
| Comment | Again, can ANYBODY from the hospital backup your claim? Or is that again one of you made up lies? As far as I remember, when you came to my room, we were ready to leave. All packed and ready.” Because I was not able to walk (SMS in the previous chapter "Going home"), we asked for a wheelchair and we left the hospital. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Then the nurse came and said: No, you have nothing any more. Here's your resignation letter. Yes, Called the nurse and, yes, if he wants, he can stay a few more hours if he is in pain. And the head nurse that's there said: "No, he has to go home. We need that bed.” He's healed. He is healed. |
|
| Comment | Hallelujah!!!! The patient is HEALED!!! Praise the lord!!! Strange enough, barely 2 days later a REAL doctor at the hospital, Dr. Nauwelaers will declare: "This man is very sick and need IMMEDIATE HELP." |
|
| Luis Trivino | But now here, Inge, You have to see that. He's incon ... (stuttering) ... Yes, Incontinent. He wears those big pants. |
|
| Comment | What the hell are “big pants”? | |
| Luis Trivino | Yes, Well, A human can have that, Yes OK That can happen. But when you go to pee, sit on the toilet and don't pee from above, Right? Yes? Yes, Inge, peeing that toilet every day. The ground, The toilet seat Everywhere And he doesn't want to listen. I say, Carlos, if you can't then you can't, But at least wipe it off. There's a towel there. Wipe it off with a towel. Other people also have to go to the toilet. |
|
| Comment | What the hell has this fantasy story about going to the toilet has to do with the FACT that I wanted to return to a hospital ASAP? | |
| Luis Trivino | Upstairs, Samui wipes the toilet after Carlos 6 or 7 times a day. Carlos does not do that himself. |
|
| Comment | Samui wipes the toilet 6 or 7 times? Waaaawwww That’s a TOTALLY different Samui as I know already 16 years. The Samui I know for 16 years NEVER cleaned anything. Not even her own room. And, AFAIK, I hardly go to pee more than 3 times a day. But, please, continue with your bullshit. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Yes He don’t take pills him selve. He's not doing anything. |
|
| Comment | Yes, I am a lazy bastard recovering of a heavy operation. AMEN |
|
| Luis Trivino | Samui is going nuts. | |
| Comment | Of course that Samui, a 16 year old child, is going nuts. Repeating over and over that she is illegal in the country and if the police catch her she will be deported (without her father). Repeating over and over to her that her father is a lazy bastard who is making the toilet dirty and force her to clean the toilet. Repeating over and over to that child that her father would have gone crazy. God knows what more slander you have been telling to that child in my absence. |
|
| Luis Trivino | At night, 5 to 6 times that carlos will call her. | |
| Comment | In other words, 1 call per hour. Better stay awake and play a game on the phone like she is used to do. What a load of bullocks. |
|
| Luis Trivino | You can have him Inge. If you want him, you can come and get him. Yes Yes You can come Yes, and (derisive laughter) Yes, he has nobody |
|
| Comment | Well, nobody, except the family Murillo (Linda, Pacquito, Luisa, etc., Jef and Kamlai, Irene Kemps, Karel en Jeszy Vandervorst, Staf en Marie-Joze, etc... Most of these people came to visit me at the hospital and some of them (Irene Kemps) was almost every day at my bedside. Are you sure you talking about me? I remember a Trivino Luis who needed to go to the hospital for a surgery a few years ago and had nobody but me (he was just divorced at that time). He was saying the he was afraid that the doctors would "hurt" him. "Message Date="03/03/2004" Time="22:27:35" DateTime="2004-03-03T15:27:35.566Z" SessionID="6" "From" "User FriendlyName="louis" "To" "User FriendlyName="Trivino Y Garcia Abelardo"/" "Text Style="font-family:MS Sans Serif; color:#000000; " als ze mij maar niet pijnigen ik kan daar niet tegen." |
|
| Luis Trivino | No He doesn't want anything. And it doesn't get any better for someone else because it will also take a few days before he is kicked out. And things and ... Yeah I know That Tamara call him. That he can, because Tamara … |
|
| Comment | Ah, yes. Let call Tamara to help you force me back in the house. |
|
| Luis Trivino | He is dissatisfied here that he comes back inside. He's out there. He has to come in. He's out with his. Yes Yes He's outside with his yellow cloak Just like Liberace Right Do you remember Liberace? Yes, (laughter) Yes, just the same Yes Now, if I needed Liberace I would have called him myself. |
|
| Comment | Ah, Luis. The standing comedian and his jokes. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Well There are things like that, yes, And he's totally irresponsible. He has nothing. He has absolutely nothing. He is perfectly healthy. |
|
| Comment | Well, 2 days later, the doctor in the hospital had an other opinion about that. But that is a simple doctor and a “Doctor Honoris Causa” like you. By the way, is that the same bullshitting Luis declaring a 1 week ago that I was very sick and dying? |

![]() Declaration to the police at the school in front of my daughter. Translation: School is out at 12.30 pm. TRIVINO Luis comes to get TRIVINO GARCIA Caramen at school. We have a conversation with TRIVINO Luis and learn the following: TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo contacted his brother TRIVINO Luis in August. TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo has medical problems. In Thailand no one cannot help him. TRIVINO then let his brother come over to Belgium in the hope that they can help him in Belgium. TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo has heart problems. Around his heart are 5 veins that need to be replaced. Doctors do not dare to start this well. In Genk they found a doctor who replaced 1 vein. The rest of the veins have yet to be done. Furthermore, TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo has a shrunken kidney and they are still investigating whether he has Crohn's disease or cancer. TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo would not take care of himself. TRIVINO Y GARCIA Abelardo has been back in hospital since last Friday. His life expectations do not look positive. According to TRIVINO Luis, his brother is not allowed to travel by air for medical reasons. |
||
| Luis Trivino | Typically .… And, And, Yes, Yes (more laughter) And samui now goes to school. She has been at school for 2 weeks. She's happy at school, Yes And now she has to go back. Yes Crazy Samui doesn't want to come along either. |
|
| Comment | Of course not. Samui is so happy that she tried to commit suicide in September, 2019. According to the officials at the youth center, Samui had already problems with you and your wife, Mina in March 2019. The Youth judge had endly seen trough your bullshit and you and your wife were not allowed to come near Samui anymore. |
|
![]() Email from the youth judge. Translation: Goodday Carlos, You may know that there have been concerns about taking Samui into your brother's family for some time, which is also why the screening was extended by 6 months some time ago. In recent months, we have been particularly concerned about your daughter's emotional and psychological well-being and the way in which the foster parents were being fostered by the candidate. Recently, a psychologist was called in. Today, the situation has escalated to such an extent that Samui, who was suicidal and had suicidal thoughts, has completely collapsed emotionally and has been taken into crisis at the K service of Asster in Sint-Truiden. She finds the necessary rest, is well taken care of and can stay there for the time being until 19.09.2019. A return to your brother's family is no longer the issue. Other solutions will have to be sought. Samui himself speaks of a living group or room training. Suggestions on your part are always welcome! Greetings, Hilde |

| Luis Trivino | Yes Yes That's just crazy. Samui is here without a passport. You know that she is illegal. That's even worse. |
|
| Comment | And you have been repeating that over and over to Samui untill she went crazy. Except, Samui was COMPLETELY LEGAL in Belgium. She entered Belgium on her Thai and her Belgian passport. |
|
| Luis Trivino | No, the Belgian not and the passport has not been validated. | |
| Comment | Since when needs a passport to be validated. Care to show me where the law says that a passport needs to be validated? Unless you are confusing a “Passport” with an “ID-Card”. ID-Cards can not be validated at the Belgian Embassy in Bangkok (Thailand). They did not had the necessary equipment to validate ID-Card. | |
| Luis Trivino | He lost all papers in Thailand. | |
| Comment | As far as I know, I didn’t lose a single “paper” in Thailand. Care to show me about what papers you are referring too? |
|
| Luis Trivino | Yes He wants and he says so much. He has so much money in the bank. And that this and that, But he has just nothing. |
|
| Comment | Aha!!!! You know also my financial assets. Which “are nothing” according to you. What a load of BULLOCKS!!!! Ask a Visa for Thailand and see how high the financial requirements are. By the way, why do you keep digging in my bank account if it's empty?
| |
| Luis Trivino | But yes, He lives in the clouds in an utopia. |
|
| Comment | Yes Luis. I live in an Utopia that I will be leaving this dungeon as soon as possible. |
|
| Luis Trivino | No He has forgotten all of samui's papers in Thailand. |
|
| Comment | Did I “FORGET” all of Samui’s papers or did I “lost” all of Samui’s papers? Or do you refer to the summary of vaccinations the I REFUSED to give to you because you have NO RIGHTS to these documents? |
|
| Luis Trivino | So they did not end up in Belgium. So she's illegal here. |
|
| Comment | Yes Luis, keep repeating in front of a 16 year old child that she is ILLEGAL in the country (a falsehood) and scare that child to death. | |
| Luis Trivino | That will even take an official source. I arranged everything with the school. The school understands and I got a document from the social services here and that is okay, But she is not allowed to leave the territory. Yes, they lock her up. And then it's on the 1st plane |
|
| Comment | Yes Luis, They lock the child up and then it’s on the 1st plane. Is Samui shivering every time you repeat these words in front of her? Shivering until the point that she wants to commit suicide? Like your own Kim did? |
|
| Luis Trivino | Yes Die in the retirement home if he continues like this. There he can scream as much as he wants. |
|
| Comment | Not quite, Luis. Go recover in a HEALTH CENTRE and return to Thailand 1 month later. |
|
| Luis Trivino | Yeah, but I have called social security .. Yeah But Yeah "scoffs" Yeah But I called the social services at the hospital. Carlos screamed it out there. Carlos almost finished it. Carlos with his daughter. He shouted at the entire hospital because they wanted to kick him out. Yes |
|
| Comment | Can you find anybody at the hospital to backup your slander? I am sure they will recall this at the hospital. | |
| Luis Trivino | I wouldn't say “lock him up” him at the madhouse. | |
| Comment | No, they don’t “lock me up”. But you on the other hand, after all this slander and scaring people, you might be ready to go to jail. |
|
| Luis Trivino | But they Yes Take Carlos with you. (laughter) We are going to try to bring him in. But that will not work. If you can reach Tamara. Because I don't have her number. Explain it. Because it's a different number now .… Explain it and then euh That she calls Liberace. Because he has to get in. |
|
| Comment | Sure, Carlos needs to come back in the dungeon to let you finish your job. Like you did with your son Kim and your younger brother Manuel Vittorio. "Norman (from Alfred Hitchkock movie)" looks like a boy scout compared to you. |
|
| Luis Trivino | He was screaming just now. But man, Yes OK Yes But no Because then I have to give my phone and I don't know what he's going to do with my phone. Throw it on the ground? |
|
| Comment | Yes, you never what a mad man will do with your phone. Maybe throw on the ground? Any more false assumptions? |
|
| Karel: Wait a minute | ||
| Luis Trivino | Yes Say Inge And And The number of … Wait … |
|
| Karel Vandervorst | (Karel reading out loud in the background) 0468 What? Yes Yes (laughter) 0486 Yes Yes Yes ok Grab lipstick and write on the wall 0478 Ah No No No 0468 Yes 17 04 37 That's his number Yes He has that number too hey I think Ah Yes Yes Good Ok Good If it doesn't work then it doesn't work OK? No |
|
So, that was my "good friend Karel Vandervorst" who was in Thailand in 2016 and called me to bring him to a hospital because he had a "flu".
The "good friend Karel Vandervorst", for who I went to collect him at his house and drive to several hospitals.
He wanted to have an "anti flu" shot in his bottom instead of medication and the military hospital refused to give him a shot.
We returned back home around 11pm and my daughter didn't had dinner and needed to go the next day to school.
I will spare the readers of this book the scene you made at the military hospital.
Maybe I should have told the nurses that you was "gone crazy" as well?

Karel made promises about taking me away from my brother and bringing me to a hospital.
But after listening to my brother's bullshit, he came to the sudden conclusion that his place was not suited for me and my daughter.
Strange enough, a few days before his place was suited to accommodate me and my daughter and the hospital near his house was a “super duper” hospital.
Whilst in the meeting with Karel and his wife, my brother started to talk on the phone to his daughter Inge and putting a story that I was making his toilet dirty and never cleaned up the dirt from the toilet and making jokes about "Liberace".
My brother had been a car seller for many years and knew the tricks to win every argument.
Simply switch the conversation to an other subject and forget what everybody was discussing about.
Finally, Karel came out of the house, to the car, and asked me to leave the car and go back inside the house.
My brother had convinced Karel of his “good intentions” and Karel was convinced that the best thing for me would be to get back in the house and recover there.
“Carlos, understand that my place is too small to accommodate us all”, Karel said.
Not a word about that I didn’t asked him to go to his house but I asked him to bring me to a hospital and that request was changed to the police station when it became clear that my brother didn’t want to let me go.
Before leaving, Jeszy (Karel’s wife) spoke to Samui in Thai and told Samui that she was behaving very bad and not like a Thai.
“You will remember what you did now to your daddy and Kharma will let you pay for that” she said.
It was clear that Luis had brainwashed my daughter that she was “Illegal” in the country and if the police would catch her outside the territory (Luis’ house) they would pick her up and send her on a flight back to Thailand.
Complete bullocks as my daughter was a THAI/BELGIAN citizen and entered Belgium fully legally with her Belgian passport.
My brother had also succeeded in convincing Karel and Inge that I was “completely healed” and “it was all in my head (I was crazy).
A statement that was refuted by the doctors at the hospital 2 days later.
A lot of lies and slander.
Lies about “I was kicked out of the hospital”, I had been 4 times under the scanner (nobody is allowed to go 4 times in a month under the scanner), etc.
I went back in the house, and straight to my room.
I was at that moment already half dead, so, let’s end it completely.
A little bit later, my brother came to my room with a big smile on his face and said to me:
“If you want to go out of this house, you will have to jump out of the window”.
“Your suffering has only just begun now”.
Calling an other friend would en up in the same situation as with Karel.
My brother knew how to talk to them and convince them to forget to take me out of there.
And calling the police or the ambulance would end up with the same outcome.
My brother was well known by the police from the time he was selling cars (he had managed to sell a complete fleet of Ford Transit vans to the city of Genk) and he would have no problems in convincing them that I was “crazy”.
The next day, I woke up in a terrible pain and my wound had leaked dirty blood all over the mattress.

The dirty blood had leaked on the mattress.
I was determined to stay alive.
I was convinced that my daughter was already brainwashed by my brother and that she was afraid that my brother would call the police and throw her in jail because she was allegedly "illigal in Belgium".
No way to talk to her and convince her that they are all lies.
I needed to think first of getting alive out of that dungeon in the attic.
I had a last plan and I would try it that night.
Around 10PM, I started to send messages to everybody I knew to get me urgent out of there.

Message to Tamara.
Translation:
I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!!!!!
TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!
DON’T CALL!!!!!

Message to Inge.
Translation:
BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!
TOMORROW WILL BE TOO LATE!!!!!

Message to Karel.
Translation:
BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!
TOMORROW WILL BE TOO LATE!!!!!
As expected, a lot of people started to call my brother at the middle of the night and ask him what was going on.
There were now too many witnesses now to execute his dirty plan.
Having been unable to sleep that night, my brother came at daybreak to my room and asked me to pack my bags.
He was going to kick me out of his house and bring me to the hospital.
Finally I was going back to the hospital where I could recover.
At the hospital, he drove straight to the emergency and dropped me there.
He said to the people at the EMR that I was gone crazy, he was tired of me and he kicked me out of his house.
He wanted to cancel my address at his house and wanted to have his name cancelled on all documents about me.
I was taken straight to a ICU room, where doctors started to take care of me.
On seeing my wounds and the state they were in, they shook their head and started to inject me a painkiller.
After making all the documents ready, my brother came to me and said in an angry tone:
“Forget your daughter, you are NEVER going to see your daughter back.” and he left the hospital.
Karel called me a few minutes later and asked if I was at the hospital already.
I confirmed that and he wanted to talk to the doctor.
Karel asked the doctor if “the pain and the sickness was located in my head (crazy) or it was real and the doctor answered him:
“I can assure you that this man is not crazy but this man needs URGENT medical care”.

Later that day, after several doctors had treated my wounds and my illness, I was transferred to the ICU room.
The next day(s), several operations were carried out.
Mostly operations to drain the dirty fluid out of my body.
Dirty and infected fluid that was located under the Aorta, my heart and my Kidneys.
I had a pump on my bedside with a needle under my heart to drain dirty fluid out of my body.
Due to the lack of care and the lack of prescribed medication, my left kidney turned into an insufficiency stage (stadium failure) and there was no way to reverse the kidney failure back to normal.
Because of my brother, I had lost my left Kidney.

I did not read this file as it was given to the doctors at the rehabiltitation department.
The doctors at the the rehabilitazion department gave me this document back a few days later, and I noticed that the doctor at the EMR had given me a ban of 8 weeks on flying.
But at that time my only concern was to recover as fast as possible, and I didn't worry to much on the flight ban.
While in the hospital, I tried to contact my daughter trough SMS messages, but mostly without response or a very short response.

SMS Message to my daughter.
I tried also to contact several Public and Legal instances to try to get my daughter out of there, but everywhere the answer was that I could go meet them as soon as I would leave the hospital.
On October 25th, I wrote an email to te Embassy of Thailand in Belgium for help.
| From: Trivino Y Garcia Abelardo To: consular@thaiembassy.be Subject: RE: Thai citizen problem Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2018 10:21:44 +0200 Dear Sirs, On August 26th, I, Trivino y Garcia Abelardo, travelled from Thailand to Belgium to have an urgent chirurgy. I was accompanied by my minor Thai daughter, Matiyapak Caramen (16 years). Next week I will leave the hospital and travel back to Thailand. But my Thai daughter is with my brother Trivino Luis, and he refuses to let her go. I did contact the local police in Diepenbeek, but they offer no real help. As I can not stay in Belgium, waiting for a solution, I will need to return to Thailand alone if nobody can help me with this problem. Regards, Trivino y Garcia Abelardo |
Although I did write very clear that I contacted already the police, their answer was: "You should contact the police".
In other words, no real help from the Thai Embassy in Belgium.

But their answer was that they could not interfere in this matter.
"Dear,
We are sorry, but the Embassy can not interfere in this matter.
Kind regards
Little did I know about what was going on behind my back while I was fighting for my life in the hospital.
My brother, Luis, was working his devils plan out about the kidnapping of my daughter, telling her that “I went crazy”.
According to what my brother was telling my daughter, I was completely healthy, except that my head wasn’t.
Apparently, my daughter was convinced that the best for her was to stay in Belgium where she would have a “bright future” and when she will be “big and wealthy”, she would return to Thailand for a small vacation.

In a message with her schoolfriends in Thailand, she wrote also about becoming “big and wealthy” in Belgium.
On 31 October, I was recovered enough to leave the hospital and I was transferred to a revalidation hospital in Hasselt, the Salvator hospital, where I would receive the necessary care and Physiotherapy.
But I had lost my daughter and no instance was able or wanted to help me get my daughter back.
I was facing such a lot of bureaucracy in the efforts to get my daughter back that it was a lost case.
Still, I was trying to get my daughter back in every possible way.
